By placing an order, you agree to the following Order & Shipping Policy.

1.No changes after payment is completed
Please double-check your delivery details and ordered items
(flavour / quantity) before making payment.

2.All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
Unless due to our mistake (e.g. wrong item shipped).

3. Please provide complete, accurate and clear delivery information
Orders with incomplete or incorrect details may result in delayed or failed delivery.
Any additional delivery fees incurred due to this issue will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Unless a specific delivery date is requested or the order is a pre-order item,orders will be shipped within 1–3 working days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

Parcels usually arrive within 1–5 working days after shipment.
In rare cases, delays may occur due to courier arrangements or unforeseen circumstances. If delays happen, we will do our best to assist in following up with the courier.

5. Courier Responsibility
All parcels are handled by third-party courier partners
(Either one: J&T Express / DHL Express / SPX Express).
Once proof of delivery is provided by the courier, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or misdelivered parcels. 
Any claim will have to be made by third party postal service providers. 
If applicable, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with compensation claims.

6. Order Issue Reporting Window
If there is any issue with your order (e.g. wrong item received),

4.关于出货与配送时间
除非顾客特别指定邮寄日期或为预售商品,
一般订单将在 1–3 个工作日内寄出(周日及公共假期除外)。
包裹平均会在邮寄后的1–5 个工作日内送达,
少数情况下可能因物流安排或突发状况而有所延误。
如延误发生,我们会尽力协助你跟进快递公司进度。

5.关于物流责任
所有包裹均由第三方快递公司负责派送
(其中一个: J&T Express / DHL Express / SPX Express)。
一旦快递公司提供已签收证明,本店将无法对遗失或错投的包裹负责。
相关索赔需向第三方快递公司提出,如适用我们会尽力协助处理。

6.如果订单发生错误(如收到错误商品),
需要在收到包裹的5天内联系我们。以便我们尽快协助处理。
